The products sold here at AMS are of high quality and the company stands
behind them 100%. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the
merchandise you have received, complete a return form within 7 days of
receipt for refund in the manner of original payment. See the return
policy below for details.
Returns Policy
- If you receive damaged merchandise please call 800.346.4042 x 11
- Package can be returned by UPS or through the Post Office, No CODs.
- Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
- Call 1.800.346.4042 x 11 to get an RMA number for a non-damage
return. There will be a 25% restocking fee for all returned items.
- Please send returns and exchanges within 7 business days to:

- All shipments should be inspected immediately; all claims for damages
or shortages must be made within 5 working days after receipt of
shipment.
- Please allow up to 10 working days for delivery on packages shipped
through the Post Office.
- AMS is not responsible for packages returned to us due to order
refusals or returned orders after 3 delivery attempts have been made. A
10% restocking fee plus freight charges will be applied.

Shipping & Ordering Information
AMS ships orders via UPS ground service unless otherwise requested.
If you need priority shipments, please contact our customer service
department. Please allow at least 7-10 business days for shipments,
especially on orders shipped to the west coast.
Credit terms may be granted upon completion of a credit check.
